Developed as part of Oxfordshire's Local Nature Recovery Strategy (LNRS), this dataset is one of three datasets created as a deliverable for Natural England & DEFRA. Areas of Particular Importance for Biodiversity (APIB) are areas identified through the LNRS development process as being part of a strategic network of existing irreplaceable habitats (such as ancient woodland, ancient and veteran trees, and lowland fen) & local and national sites including LNRs, LWSs, SSSIs, NNRs, SACs, and RAMSAR.
